Our appraisal standards are governed by the Principles of Appraisal Practice and Code of Ethics of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA) and meet the requirements of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), as well as the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
